The RegTech Association member LeapXpert has teamed up with Shield for the 2023 State of Mobile Communications Compliance Survey.

They spoke to hundreds of senior compliance professionals to understand their primary concerns and future plans for the upcoming year and beyond.

Key Findings:

✅73% of financial institutions expressed a lack of confidence in the effectiveness of bans on employees' use of off-channel communications.
✅ Almost 100% of respondents plan on monitoring WhatsApp by the end of the year.
✅ Their main apprehension lies in their level of preparedness for regulatory audits (64%) and not only the potential fines (34%)
