My passion stems from a decade of working at the intersection of finance and technology, where I’ve witnessed the transformative power of streamlined compliance and the potential it unlocks for scalability and growth. As an ambassador, I’m excited to advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge regulatory solutions that empower institutions to innovate responsibly while fostering industry-wide collaboration.

The RegTech Industry in my view are the superheroes of the Tech World, revolutionizing how organizations build trust with confidence in identity, compliance, and risk globally.
Having been part of this industry for over 10 years I have seen firsthand how RegTech vendors of all sizes are creating transformational change with new products and solutions, shaping how we interactive online now and in the future.
I’m delighted to have been invited to be a RTA Ambassador and am looking forward to sharing more about the great work being done by the associations and its members. My aim, to help drive deeper engagement and collaboration in this fast paced and essential industry.
When not talking RegTech I can be found in my wellies walking across fields at home in Hampshire England with my Cocker Spaniel ( Spike), usually on route to my local pub, the only place I know that refuses to enter the digital age with an old school Cash Only Rule ( my pub purse - is the new Paypal lol) . The only place where technology doesn’t matter…

Throughout my career I have always enjoyed working with emerging technologies to solve enterprise challenges. The RegTech Association is a fantastic vehicle to unlock the potential of RegTech solutions and to drive collaboration across industries. I am particularly enthused by the work the Association undertakes to drive awareness of solutions in the areas of Consumer protection and financial crime. In my spare time I love to travel, experience new places and cultures, so I am lucky there is a global need for RegTech !!!
Mark Tyndall Neota Logic
Melbourne (APAC brief)
I'm driven by the challenge of solving complex problems in RegTech, particularly those requiring creative thinking, custom solutions, and rapid delivery with practical outcomes. Seeing the impact of business-critical regulatory issues (including the substantial loss of sleep they cause) is a key source of energy for me in seeking innovative and collaborative solutions in my work each day. My career began in commercial law, working on high-stakes regulatory investigations and disputes, before transitioning into legal automation and, more recently, B2B SaaS. Over the past five years, I've focused on go-to-market strategy, consulting, and custom solution delivery using no-code tools. As an RTA Ambassador, I'm excited to collaborate with the community to talk about and tackle the toughest challenges in RegTech adoption. Outside of work, I love spending time with my two kids, aviation, photography, automation, and jumping in the ocean as often as possible.

Gungho Marketing
UK (global brief)
I’m passionate about helping RegTech companies grow and succeed in this fast-evolving global market. As Business Development Director at Gungho, the only demand generation agency dedicated to supporting RegTechs, I work with global technology vendors to accelerate pipeline growth and refine go-to-market strategies, all with the goal of supporting the adoption and advancement of RegTech solutions.
Prior to Business Development, I worked in both insurance and risk, and have had privilege of witnessing firsthand the transformative impact these technologies are making globally.
Having partnered with the RegTech Association for a number of years and supporting many of its members with their pipeline growth, I’m incredibly proud to be an ambassador, where I work alongside other industry leaders to drive innovation, awareness and growth within the sector. It’s an honour to be part of an organisation that is shaping the future of RegTech.
Outside of work, I’m an avid Land Rover enthusiast and enjoy spending time with my wife and dog. Whether I’m sailing, playing rugby, or renovating my house, I believe in maintaining a balance between professional commitments and personal passions.
If you’re interested in discussing RegTech, exploring partnership opportunities, or simply talking about Land Rovers and rugby, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to connect.
