Steps to making your vote count
- One member organisation, one vote – this means that your company e-ballot link can only be used once.
- In this election we are seeking to elect a minimum of three (3) directors.
- On the e-ballot, re-nominating directors will be clearly marked.
- We are using Election Buddy, an online election system, to tabulate votes. Each member has been assigned a unique access key which can only be used to vote once, and your voting choices will remain anonymous. Please refer to your email from Election Buddy that was sent on 11 October 2024. If you haven't received this email please contact the Executive.
- The Board will honour the will of the members in terms of the results of the election but does have the right to appoint additional director(s) if the balance does not represent the strategic priorities and optimal representation required for the Association.
- The Constitution (section 9 refers to Directors) dated November 2023 is here for reference.
